Young Entrepreneurs & New Concepts | Gyojasang

Every day, we spot fun and inspiring new concepts. This week: Gyojasang. In Amsterdam, Gyojasang promises a full Korean dining and experience concept, with authentic dishes, cocktails, private karaoke rooms and a photobooth. The opening is planned for early May.

Early May, Gyojasang will open its first location in the Netherlands, located on Amstelstraat in Amsterdam. Following successful launches in Brussels, Antwerp, and Barcelona, the concept now brings a complete experience to the Dutch capital, featuring authentic Korean dishes, cocktails, private karaoke, and a photobooth.

The menu combines classics like bibimbap and tteokbokki with modern twists, all made with fresh, carefully selected ingredients. Gyojasang — Korean for “dining table” — is a place where people come together to share, taste and enjoy. The menu is an homage to traditional Korean cuisine, enriched with contemporary influences. From bibimbap and the spicy snack tteokbokki to creative gimbap variations and Korean pancakes, each dish is thoughtfully crafted.

In addition, Gyojasang offers a selection of Korean cocktails and soju wines to perfectly complement the dishes. The opening is a collaboration with the Fulum Group, which operates the concept in Asia, and is initiated by the hospitality group behind the successful Takumi restaurants.
