The Gyojasang Gift Card is available in the Netherlands and Belgium.

The following terms & conditions are to be considered

1. These terms and conditions apply to all electronic and physical gift cards issued by Gyojasang (hereinafter collectively: “Gyojasang Gift Card”) that are sold by Gyojasang and third parties designated by Gyojasang.
2. The Gyojasang Gift Card is valid indefinitely and can be exchanged at any time for products from Gyojasang and Seoul Club House restaurants, with the exception of any take away/delivery services.
3. The Gyojasang Gift Card is not exchangeable for cash and cannot be returned.
4. It is not permitted to use the Gyojasang Gift Card in any way whatsoever for commercial purposes – such as resale for any direct or indirect profit – or for purposes other than those for which the Gyojasang Gift Card was issued.
5. Gyojasang can inform itself within legal frameworks whether the payment obligations can be met correctly, as well as all those facts and factors that are important for the responsible conclusion of a distance contract. If, based on this investigation, Gyojasang has good reasons not to enter into the agreement, Gyojasang is entitled to refuse an order of the Gyojasang Gift Card or to attach special conditions to the execution.
6. When purchasing in Gyojasang or Seoul Club House restaurants, a maximum of five (5) Gyojasang Gift Cards can be redeemed simultaneously.
7. The Gyojasang Gift Card is only issued once. It is not possible to transfer the (residual) value of the Gyojasang Gift Card to another Gyojasang Gift Card. Only original Gyojasang Gift Cards and codes are accepted. Gyojasang reserves the right to accept a Gyojasang Gift Card only after the proof of purchase is shown on request or the e-mail in which Gyojasang or a designated third party has sent the
code of the digital Gyojasang Gift Card, and to demand payment in cash in the event of improper use (or any suspicion thereof).
8. If the Gyojasang Gift Card has been purchased from a third party, the receipt and the top-up certificate must be submitted to Gyojasang on request.
9. Gyojasang reserves the right to refuse a payment with the Gyojasang Gift Card if payment is not possible due to a technical malfunction. For more information or to block the Gyojasang Gift Card, please contact loyaltyclub@gyojasang.com
10. Ownership of the Gyojasang Gift Card passes at the time of receipt of the Gyojasang Gift Card by the buyer. Should a third party gain unauthorized (digital
or physical) access to the Gyojasang Gift Card after receipt, this is at the risk of the buyer. Gyojasang is in no way liable for theft, loss, forgery, or misuse of the Gyojasang Gift Card. Gyojasang will under no circumstances pay out or set off
the remaining credit.
